Join the Queen Creek Police Department as a Police Program Support Coordinator, where you will provide essential administrative, technical, and operational support to police programs, helping ensure the department runs efficiently and delivers exceptional service to the community.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university, and 3 years of experience of administrative support in a law enforcement training environment; or an equivalent combination of directly related education and experience. Related experience in a law enforcement agency of comparable size or larger is preferred.

  • Must complete a thorough background investigation including a criminal history check and a polygraph examination.

*Hiring Bonus/Incentive pay of $7,500 for Professional staff  (All hiring bonuses are listed as the net-pay you will receive):

  • $1,000 after hire date.

  • $500 after successful completion of Position-Specific Training

  • $1,000 after successful completion of your probation

  • $2,500 after the successful completion of 1 year (after probation)

  • $2,500 after the successful completion of 2 years (after probation)

Records Specialist

Earn up to $72,405/year plus $7,500 hiring incentives*

Join the Queen Creek Police Department as a Police Records Specialist, where you will play a vital role in supporting public safety by managing, organizing, and maintaining records and information — ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility for law enforcement, the public, and partner agencies.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in an office environment performing customer service for both internal and external customers, high volume data entry, and standard clerical duties; or an equivalent combination of directly related education and experience. Related experience in a law enforcement agency of comparable size or larger is preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

  • Must complete a thorough background investigation including a criminal history check and a polygraph examination.
